2.2 Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you place your order, we will notify you and either cancel that item or offer a suitable alternative.

2.3 Custom Products

Graduated lenses are custom-made to individual prescriptions and cannot be returned unless defective (see Return Policy).

3. Orders and Payments

3.1 Order Process

Your order represents an offer to purchase which we accept when we send an order confirmation. We process orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).

3.2 Pricing

All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to adjust prices due to supplier changes or errors. If an error is discovered after your order, we will contact you before processing.

3.4 Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placement by contacting customer service. Once processing begins, cancellations may not be possible.

We offer two shipping methods:

• Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, 10-15 business days after shipment
• Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS, 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing.

4.2 Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship to certain Asian countries or remote locations. If your address falls in these areas, your order will be canceled and refunded.

4.3 Delivery Issues

You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. If a package is returned due to incorrect address, you will be responsible for reshipping costs. Report non-delivery within 30 days of shipment.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items. To qualify:

• Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags
• Proof of purchase required
• Non-returnable items:
  • Full face masks (hygiene reasons)
  • Socks and boots (cannot be resold)
  • Custom graduated lenses

5.2 Return Process

Contact us at [email protected] within 15 days to initiate a return. Include your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 2 business days.

5.3 Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5.4 Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. For same-value exchanges, we’ll ship once we receive your return. For higher-value exchanges, you’ll need to place a new order for the difference.

5.5 Damaged/Defective Items

Contact us immediately with photos if you receive damaged or defective items. We will arrange replacement or refund and cover associated shipping costs.
