Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two reliable shipping methods to get your gear to you:

Standard Shipping ($12.95):

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Includes tracking and insurance

Free Shipping (Orders over $50):

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Includes basic tracking

Note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote locations.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your diving gear. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below.

Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received
  • Items must include all original tags and accessories
  • A proof of purchase or receipt must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Full face masks (hygiene considerations)
  • Socks and boots (worn items cannot be resold)
  • Custom graduated lenses (made to individual prescription specifications)

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, item(s) for return/exchange, and reason
  3. Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and send return instructions within 2 business days
  4. Ship Your Return: Once approved, package your item securely and ship to our address (return shipping is at customer’s expense)

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Note: Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

  • For exchanges of the same value: We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
  • For exchanges of higher value: You’ll need to place a new order for the difference
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
