Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received
- Items must include all original tags and accessories
- A proof of purchase or receipt must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Full face masks (due to hygiene considerations)
- Socks and boots (worn items cannot be resold)
- Custom graduated lenses (made to individual prescription specifications)
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

- Provide Details: Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return/exchange, and the reason.
- Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and send return instructions within 2 business days.
- Ship Your Return: Once approved, package your item securely and ship to our address (return shipping is at customer’s expense).

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Note: Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
For exchanges of the same value:
- We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
- For exchanges of higher value, you’ll need to place a new order for the difference
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
